Events are reserved on a first call, first serve basis. If you decide to contract our services, you will be sent a written contract specifying the musical group involved, the date, time and location of the event. There are two copies: one to sign and to return to Lorán Strings, and one copy to keep for your records. A 50% deposit is required to lock in a booking. Deposits are fully refundable up to 90 days before the event. Payment in full is expected the week prior to the event.
