Rates vary depending upon the group and the event. We do not charge by the "hour" per say in regard to weddings. When it comes to weddings, we have found that an hour and thirty minutes is about the average length of most ceremonies. Some are longer if there is a religious service involved, however, the client does not pay extra, nor will the musicians leave before the ceremony has ended. If the event gets started late, we will stay through the ceremony with no extra charge. Consequently, we are careful not to book events too close together. We provide plenty of time for the "unexpected". Even the most well choreographed weddings can have glitches. We will be there on time and ready to play prelude music for your guests. A little extra pre-wedding music never seems to bother the guests. A late start may mean a late end, but we will stay to finish it out. However, if the event has not started within the contracted time frame, and the client requests that the musicians stay for an extended period of time, charges will be billed to the client providing musicians are indeed able to remain at the event.

There is a mileage charge outside the Fort Collins area. Currently, we charge 40 cents per mile round trip for one vehicle only.
